Some years ago the farmer purchased a combine. Shortly thereafter his 18-year old asked for a car. The farmer said not until the combine is paid for. Then the 12-year old asked for a new bike. The farmer said not until the combine is paid for. Then came the 6-year old asking the father for a trike. The farmer said not until the combine is paid for.

After the third rejection, a chicken came across the yard, followed by the rooster. Near the 6-year old the hen squatted and the rooster mounted the hen. The 6-year old wound up and gave the rooster a heck of a boot. He said to the rooster, you devil, until that combine gets paid for you're gonna walk too.
