I did find one listing in the "good doctor" list which means it was put forward by someone who very likely sees this doctor.  Sadly, it's only a New York clinic from what I can see now:

On the island itself, I was able to find a practice in the Stony Brook area that seems to have made a practice around rheumatology and has experience with fibro:
