Just a couple of things I found on Facebook today, neither of them deserved it's own thread, so I'm combining them. They are completely different subjects but maybe someone can get something out of them.

This first one, is a recipe for a soup that is supposed to ease the fibro symptoms, your mileage may vary,

This one has to do with the lining of the nerve fibers, and how that research has shown that in several autoimmune disorders that lining will peel away, so it's being studied in fibro. I can't say I agree or disagree with the article, but I thought it would be a good conversation starter.
