The last Yorkshire King is at rest

Today marks a special day  Richard the third was relayed to rest. I have to say it made me sad that they didn't bring his bones back home to York but he is at rest now. If you want to see it keep an eye out on http://www.channel4.com/programmes/richard-iii-the-reburial I am hoping they will be putting it on demand soon as i forgot to tape it for my wife.

Yeah.. I was hoping for an actual royal burial in York but... oh well.  At least he's not feeling any of this.

Being a history buff, I was thrilled they found him.  Another chapter of history.

I think it was wonderful that they gave him a new burial.

I guess we will get the coverage here.

Sorry to hear that I do know it is only up for about 28 days  so not long to find another way of seeing it.

I'm still having problems... had to rebuild my system over the last 3 days... it's why I've been so quiet.  It's sort of like when the kids are in another room and there's no noise...  Scary isn't it!!! 

Fortunately, I've been able to procure a copy of the videos through other means.  Hope to get a chance to watch them tonight or tomorrow.
