The uncommon cold

Denise brought me a wonderful gift.
She's been down all week with it. I never saw someone sleep so much with a cold,now I know why.
This feels like a cold with a flu mixed in.
She hasn't had a cold  for years. I don't know I've ever seen her with a cold.
Funny what retirement will do.

As for me-where's the nyquill?
Humor helps,but I really drink it all day when I have a cold.

Zicam every 4hrs. This killer cold is all but gone.

Now I been up awhile,well,it's a lot better anyhow.

Good news!  Never heard of Zicam before.  Cool!!

These are under the toung tablets.
They been around for awhile here.

Before you put any stock in zicam,I just realized I forgot my bedtime dose that night. So ofcourse I felt much worse in the am..
Wheen I woke yesterday I thought the cold was gone I felt so much bettter.
But alas,not so.

Since I always feel kind of sick it has been hard to tell when I catch something.  If my trigger point get activated then I'm pretty sure something is up. 

It's bad but they don't generally last too long.  Although I think I had something for several months last winter.  My left arm was just throbbing.

Interesting... right now my brain is working somewhere near it's foggy best but my body's ready to sell me to the junk man.  I never associated it with an illness... have to keep that in the thinkin mix and see what pops.
