It was a nice morning, overcast,Actully caught a shiver,in august. :yikes:
So I went out to do some weeding,,I only did a little. Didn't even break a sweat.
When I came in to wash my hands my wife kinda sorta yelled at me for some little thing.
No biggie but it threw me for a Loop!
Such a tiny thing.

I Actully remembered to realize I might over-react.
I medicated and came up with this post.

If we can put a rubber band on the wrist.
Or a comp controled alarm that senses a situation and warns against over reacting...

We spend our days trying to get along and at many points we can only think of that.
Brain fog. It causes fights.
Some we would have been better off without.

My point being...did anyone see my point,I seemed to have lost it.

It's just that, before my diagnosis or pain pills,I was an angry man! I had no idea pain was my problem until the pain clinic taught me all about me.
How did they know all that? ;)

Now I know, and I'm medicated, and still in a shit load of pain, but I understand now. That and the meds take enough of the edge off it gives me time to think things through instead of lashing out.

I hope this helps. Not exactly batting a 100 here.

Well said denny!!!  :clapping:

Me too, and a bag of chips.  I get myself into so many stupid confrontations because I let my anger get me riled up for nothing... nothing at all.  A slight that only I could see.  A misspoken word that only I interpreted incorrectly.  Add to that the fact that my sweet lady is so god-awful tired every minute due to working like a one armed wallpaper hanger at work every day hauling around boxes that weigh upwards of 100lbs each... and I wonder why she might be a little short sometimes?

Yeah... I'm glad of the edge being taken off too.  Gives you a split second longer to realize that shutting up would be a good thing before shoving both feet in my mouth and swallowing... again.

Good post brother.  :great:
