So I decided to pick the guitar up and learn how to play. Not doing too bad right now. Fingers are a bit stiff but what else is new with Fibro. I am hoping it will help with my hand and finger strength.

Well done, brother!  Best advice, don't give up... it takes time and feels slow but it happens.  Just keep practicing.

Yeah I have to take my time. If I practice too much I tend to overdo it and then I feel too fatigued. So I practice about 45 minutes a day. I figure I am in no rush and it will all come together eventually.

But I am enjoying it. I love music and it is kind of a stress relief for me.
