Well... your ability to bear it doesn't change how special you are or how much we love you, brother.  I've been amazed many times by your selflessness, your talent, your caring heart, you're a pretty amazing guy... but you've never disappointed me nor could you.  I have no expectations of you but that you be yourself.  I have hopes that you'll come to love yourself as much as those around you love you.  I have great hopes that one day your chronic pain and other fibro stuff would go away... I have lots of hopes for you, just like I hope them for all our brothers and sisters.  Let's be smart and stick with hope and love and leave the expectations to other folks.
